环境问题是指人类自身的活动对人类赖以生存和发展的自然物质条件所造成的危害，其特征是危害性、人为性、普遍性、持久性；生态问题主要是指由于人类不合理的活动导致基本生态过程即生态结构与功能的破坏和生命维持系统的瓦解，从而危害人类的生存的问题，其特征是整体性、全面性、复杂性；全球问题就是在世界范围普遍存在的，严重威胁人类的生存和发展，而且只有靠全人类的共同努力才能解决的那些迫切问题，其特征是普遍性、整体性、复杂性、深刻性、严重性。

Environmental problems are the damages caused by activities of human being themselves to natund con-ditions on which their existence and development depend. Its characteristics are harmfulness, artificiality, commonality and endurance. Eco - problems refer to the mankind's unreasonable activities which lead to the damages of the basic eco -course such as eco - structure and its function, and the collapse of life sustain system, thus thatening the existence of thehuman heing. Its characteristics are integration, entirety, and complexity. Global problems are those urgent problems whichseriously threat the survival and development of mankind all the world over and which can only be solved through the joint efforts of whole humanity. Its charateristics are universality, integration, complexity, profundity, and seriousness.
