On Shusun Tong during Social Changes of the Qin-Han Dynasties

秦汉变革之际，叔孙通作为儒家知识分子的代表人物，审时度势，应变自如；持守儒家学说，又不囿于门户之见。他几经周折，终于取得汉初统治者信任。汉初政权得以巩固和发展，儒学至汉武帝时得以成为显学，叔孙通功不可没。

During aseial changes of the Qin - Han Dynasties, Shusun Tong, as a representative of the Confucian scholars, could judge tLhe hour, size up the situation and adapt himself to the changing freely. He held the Confucianism and was not lindted by sectarian bias. After many setbacks, he was trusted by the rulers of the early Han Dynasty. Owingto his merits, the regime of the early Han Dynasty could be oonsoidatal and develope, and the Confucianism could be-come a famous theory in the period of Emperor Han Wu.
