地方本科院校订单式人才培养模式的探索与实证研究

The Exploration and Empirical Study of "Order-made" Training Mode in the Local Undergraduate Universities

订单式人才培养模式在地方本科院校应用较少,主要是受传统本科教育"学科"本位影响、"双师型"师资缺乏、企业订单少等问题困扰。针对地方本科院校订单式人才培养模式实施难的现实困境,对策在于变企业订单培养为行业订单培养,变封闭式人才培养方案为开放式人才培养方案,变单一专业教师为双师型教师。通过"嘉华班"实证研究,证明订单式人才培养模式是地方本科院校培养复合型、应用型人才的有效途径之一。

The order--made training mode is seldom used in the local undergraduate universities,which mainly due to the impact of ＂discipline＂ standard in the traditional undergraduate education,the lack of the ＂double type＂ qualified teachers and the less orders of the corporation. In order to solve the practical difficulties in the implementation of the order--made training mode in the local undergraduate universities, we need to change the corporate orders to the culture industry orders, change the closed-- mode to the open talent training program and change the single professional teachers to the＂double type＂ qualified teach- ers. Through the research on the ＂Jiahua class＂, the ＂order--made＂ training mode was proved to be one of the most effective ways in cultivating the composite type and application type of talents for the local undergraduate universities.
