摘要
高校本科创新人才系统化培育机制的基本内涵是将高校人才培育所涉及的各类观念、教育教学实践和相关保障措施建设作为一个大的整体系统看待,从系统的各个环节同时改革。四川农业大学经济管理学院在本科创新人才培育实践中,从人才培育观、培养方案修订、课程体系架构、理论教学实施、实习实践活动体系建设、教学科研资源建设、师生评价激励机制等多个方面同时探索,逐渐形成了具有农业高校经济管理类专业特征的系统化培育机制,并取得了一定成效,显示了系统化培育机制的生命力。
The basic connotation of cultivation mechanism system of undergraduate innovative talents is the college talents training which involves all kinds of concepts, teaching practice and related guaranteeing measures construction as a whole system, and reform from each link of the system at the same time. In the practice of economic management undergraduate talents cultivation of College of Economics and Management of Sichuan Agricultural University, from the view of talents training, training plan re- vision, curriculum structure, theory curriculum teaching, practice activities system construction, research and teaching resources construction,teachers and students evaluation and incentive mechanism and so on, gradually formed the systematic training mechanism with professional characteristics of economics and management in agricultural universities, and achieved certain effects.
