摘要
高校教师开展教学研究的根本目的是提高教学水平和教学质量,通过对广西本科院校在职教师的抽样问卷调查进行分析,发现高校教师对于教学研究的热情和参与程度比较高,但在整体上存在组织工作力度偏弱、高水平研究成果偏少的不足,为此,提出要在思想认识、教师评价、教师培训三个方面加强促进的建议措施。
The primary reason for university teachers doing teaching research is to improve the standards and quality of instruction. This paper analyszs the Methods Sampling questionnaire of teachers in undergraduate university of Guangxi,and finds that university teachers has much more enthusiasm and involvement in teaching research, lower efforts in organization and less high level results. In all,measures to improve the thinking knowledge and teacher evaluation and teacher training were put forward.
