高师院校开展职教师资培养的若干思考——以广西壮族自治区为例

Thinking on the Cultivation of Teachers for Professional Education in Normal Universities ——Take Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region As an Example

广西中等职业教育的快速发展对职教师资培养提出了新要求。高师院校应以职教师资的"职业性""学术性""师范性"为基点,积极探索以高师院校为主体,职业学校和企业为两翼的职教师资培养新模式,提高职教师资培养质量。

The rapid development of secondary professional education in Guangxi raises new requirements for teachers of professional education. Normal universities should base on the features of ＂profession＂,＂academic＂ and ＂teacher--training＂ of teachers of professional educatlion, actively probe new mode of cultivation of teachers for professional education,i, e. normal universities serve as the body and professional schools and enterprisies as the two wings in the aim of improving the quality of cultiva- tion of teachers for professional education.
