高职院校心理健康教育与维稳工作互动研究

The Research of Interaction between Psychological Health Education and Security Work in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职学生的心理问题是影响高职院校安全稳定的重要因素之一,大学生心理健康教育与维稳工作是相互影响的。应当加强高职院校心理健康教育与维稳工作的有效互动,预防维稳工作对心理因素的忽略,强化心理健康教育的维稳功能,并通过工作观念、队伍、手段、机制、评价体系等方面的互动将心理健康教育部门和保卫部门资源有机整合,从而形成维稳合力。

Students＇ psychological problems are one of the important factors that influence the security and stability in higher vo cational colleges. Psychological health education and security work are interacted on each tuber. Vocational colleges should strengthen the effective interaction between the psychological heahh education and security work,prevent the ignore to the psy chological factors and strengthen the security function of psychological health education. At the same time,in order to form a se curity resultant force,they should organically integrate the resources in the psychological heahh education department and security department that through the interaction of working idea, team, the method, the mechanism,evaluation system,and other aspects.
