松江鲈鱼胚胎及仔稚鱼形态观察

Morphologic Observation on Embryonic and Larval Development of Trachidermus fasciatus

对松江鲈鱼胚胎和仔稚鱼发育过程进行了观察,描述了从受精卵至稚鱼各发育时期的形态特征。结果表明,松江鲈鱼受精卵为不规则圆球形,颜色各异,有淡黄、黄、橘红3种颜色;在水温6~11℃、盐度33~34的条件下,经过30 d发育而破膜。初孵仔鱼全长6.6 mm,通体透明,5日龄后开始摄食,再经过35 d的发育,达到幼鱼期。

Through observing the embryonic and larval development of Trachidermus fasciatus ,the present study described the morphological characteristics of each period which from fertilized eggs to larva.Results showed that the fertilized eggs of Trachidermus fasciatus were irregular round, and had different colors,like light yellow, yellow and orange. Hatching occurred after 30 days＇ fertilization at 6-11℃, the water salinity was 33-34.The full length of the new larva was 6.6 mm, and the body was transparent.After 5 days, the larva began to feed and they reached young fish period eventually 35 days later.
