通过对调研资料深入分析,指出了鄱阳湖生态经济区农村人才队伍存在的数量不足、质量不高、结构不合理、流失严重等现象及其原因,并从提高认识、改进方法、创新教育和优化环境等方面提出了建设对策。

Through in-depth analysis of research data,the view of the talents and the reason of the rural areas in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone were pointed out,including the shortage of quantity, poor of quality,irrational structure,a serious drain etc.for talants.The constructing countermeasures were put forward including raising awareness, improving methods, innovating education and improving the environment, etc.
