Discussion of Establishing Professional Vegetable Production Cooperative with Whole Village in Outskirts of Big Cities

针对现有蔬菜生产与合作社运营存在的问题,提出了依托大城市近郊区位整村组建蔬菜生产专业合作社的设想,并详细阐述了整村组建蔬菜生产专业合作社具备的条件、组建步骤、组织管理机构、出资构成与资金筹措、生产经营与利益分配方式等,旨在为提高蔬菜生产的组织化程度、壮大农村集体农业经济、提高合作社的自我发展能力与社员收入水平、保障城市菜篮子产品安全有效供给提供参考。

Aiming at the existing problems of vegetable production and agricultural cooperatives ,the discussion of establishing professional vegetable production cooperatives relying on the outskirts of big cities were put forward. And the establishment conditions,the build steps,the managements organization,the capital contributions,the financing measures,the production and management modes as well as profit sharing arrangement of professional cooperatives were expounded in detail aimed to provide the reference for improving vegetable production organization extent,expanding the village agriculture economy,improving self-development ability of cooperatives ,increasing farmers income ,guarantee the vegetable basket security of cities.
