湖南地方院校防艾组织在艾滋病防治工作模式探讨与SWOT分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探索地方院校防艾组织在当地进行的艾滋病防治工作模式。[方法]从2005年以来在地方院校本科生中成立以预防医学专业师生为主要成员的防艾组织,通过防艾组织来参与招募、培训大学生志愿者,根据自身特点不断完善人员招募、培训、机构等组织管理制度,使组织逐渐走上规范化。通过SWOT分析法对该模式进行分析。[结果]防艾组织在加强校园宣传的基础上,立足于当地实际,以各种形式在社区居民、职业培训机构学员、建筑工地民工、农村居民、校外青少年、返乡农民工和留守家属等人群中进行预防艾滋病和反歧视宣传,效果显著。[结论]地方院校通过成立防艾组织在当地开展艾滋病防治工作是切实可行的模式。不仅可加强预防医学专业大学生的社会实践能力,提高其综合素质,同时充分发挥了高校服务地方的职能,并在艾滋病防治工作中促进了全社会参与。 [Objective]To explore the mode how the local colleges and universities implement AIDS prevention and con- trol work. [Methods]AIDS prevention organizations were established which were mainly composed of prevention medicine profession teachers and students since 2005. According to its own characteristics,the management system of institutions including recruiting,training,organization etc,were continuously improved to be standardized. The mode was analyzed by the method of SWOT analysis. [Results]Based on strengthening the campus advocacy and according to the local realities, the AIDS prevention organizations carried out AIDS prevention and anti-discrimination advocacies in various forms among community residents, the students of vocational training institutions, migrant construction workers, youth outside school, rural residents, migrant workers returning home and their families staying. The effects were significant. [Conclusion]The local colleges and universities can fully play its role of servicing for local, which not only enhances the ability of social prac- tice of the preventive medicine students and enhances their overall quality, but also play its role of serving the local, and can promote the whole society to participate in AIDS prevention and control.
