2009～2011年大连市美容美发场所公用物品卫生状况调查

Survey on Sanitary Conditions of Public Objects at Beauty Parlors and Hairdressing Salons,Dalian City,2009-2011

[目的]了解大连市美容美发场所公用物品的卫生状况,为卫生政策的制定提供依据。[方法]对2009～2011年大连市191家美容美发场所公用物品进行检测。[结果]2009～2011年合计检测美容美发店191家,检测样品985份,合格的893份,合格率为90.66%。样品合格率,2009为87.12%、2010年为94.07%、2011为100.00%(P<0.01);不同指标合格率,细菌总数为83.49%,大肠菌群为97.27%,金黄的葡萄球菌为100.00%(P<0.01)。样品合格率,美发店的毛巾为61.11%,梳子为100.00%,剪刀为97.83%,推子为96.15%,配料碗为100.00%(P<0.01);美容店毛巾为89.52%,配料碗为94.05%,洗面盆为64.29%,超声波导输仪探头为100.00%,配料棒为100.00%,床单为83.33%(P<0.01)。[结论]美容美发公共场所公用物品总体卫生状况良好。

[Objective]To understand the sanitary conditions of public objects at beauty parlors and hairdressing salons in Dalian city, so as to provide basis for formulating the health policy. [Methods]Microbial detection was conducted in pub- lic objects collected from 191 beauty parlor and hairdressing salons in Dalian city, 2009-2011. [Results]Public objects col- lected from 191 beauty parlors and hairdressing salons in Dalian city from 2009 to 2011. 985 public objects were detected and 893 of them were eligible. Its eligible rate was 90.66%. Eligible rate was 87.12%,94.07% and 100.00%（ P 〈0.01） respectively from 2009 to 2011. Eligible rate of total bacterial count, coliform group and Staphylococcus bacteria was 83.49%, 97.27 % and 10G 00% （ P 〈0.01） respectively. Eligible rate of towels, combs, scissors, hairclippers and distrib- uting bowls in hairdressing salons was 61.11 %, 100.00 %, 97.83 %, 96. 15 % and 100.00 % respectively（P〈0.01 ）. Eligible rate of towels, distributing bowls, wash basins, probes of conductographs, distributing sticks and bedclothes in beauty parlors hairdressing salons weas 89.520%, 94.05 %, 64.29 %, 100.0 %, 100.00 % and 83.330% respectively. [Con- clusion]The hygienic quality of public objects at beauty parlor and hairdressing salon is good.
