摘要
以不抗倒伏品系宁7412为对照,从形态、生理等方面研究了南粳44的抗倒伏机理,结果表明:与宁7412相比,南粳44的茎秆表现为基部第2和第3节间粗短、茎壁厚、茎秆充实度好;成熟期茎秆的SiO2含量、钙含量以及可溶性糖含量显著高于宁7412,K2O含量显著低于宁7412;茎秆基部节间的表皮和基本组织的细胞层数和维管束数目比宁7412多、宽度厚,具有较好的抗折力。
Taking the lodging- susceptible strain "Ning 7412" as the check, the author studied the lodging- resistant mechanism of the japonica rice variety "Nanjing 44" from the aspects of morphology and physiology. The results showed that : comparing with "Ning 7412", the basal second and third stem internodes of "Nanjing 44" was shorter, wider, thicker and better filled. The contents of SiO2, calcium and soluble sugar in the mature stem of "Nanjing 44" were significantly higher than those of "Ning 7412", while the content of K20 of "Nanjing 44" was'significantly lower than that of "Ning 7412". The epidermis and basic tissue of the basal stem internodes of "Nanjing 44" had more and thicker cell lays and vascular bundles than those of "Ning 7412", so the lodging resistance of "Nanjing 44" was better than that of "Ning 7412".
