海西建设背景下福州建设用地利用效益空间分异研究

Research on Regional Diversity of Constructive Land Use Efficiency in Fuzhou under Background of Construction of Economic Zone on West Side of Straits

在海西经济区建设的背景下,福州迎来了重大的发展机遇。本文选取2009年标准时点福州市土地利用现状的数据及社会经济数据,构建了建设用地利用效益评价指标体系,运用综合评价方法求取了各县(市)建设用地利用效益的综合得分值。结果表明:福州建设用地利用效益的空间差异明显,福州市辖区得分远远高于其他地区,沿海地区的得分高于内陆地区,且各县(市)的综合得分与其地均GDP呈正相关性。

Fuzhou meets a great developmental opportunity under the background of the construction of the economic zone on the west side of the straits. This article selected the data of land use, society and economy in Fuzhou at the standard time point of 2009, established the evaluation index system of construction land use efficiency, and got the composite score of each county （city） by com- prehensive evaluation method. The results indicated that there was significant difference in constructive land use efficiency among dif- ferent regions of Fuzhou city, the composite score of Fuzhou region was far higher than that of other regions, and that of coastal areas was obviously higher than that of inland. There was a positive relativity between the composite score and GDP per unit area.
