陕南秦巴山区扶贫开发的区域战略定位研究

Study on Regional Strategic Positioning of Poverty Eradication in Qinba Mountainous Area of Southern Shaanxi

对陕南三市的区域定位状况、经济发展现状、政策机遇进行了分析,确定了该区域的战略定位;进一步讨论了利用当前中央到地方的各项利于贫困地区的政策,融入整个西部大发展的大局中,并提出了发展模式与建议。

In this paper, the zone location status, economic developmental status and policy opportunity of 3 cities in the southern Shaanxi were analyzed, and the strategic positioning of this region was confirmed. In addition, it was discussed to use various poverty - eradicating policies made by the central government and local government at present for the whole west development, ancl some developmental patterns and suggestions were put forward.
