文章认为 ,企业生态伦理建设是企业文化建设的主要内容 ,当前大力进行企业文化中的生态伦理建设 ,必须要强化生态环保意识 ,美化企业环境 。

The article argues that ecolgical ethic construction is the main content of the cultural construction of enterprises.In order to push forward ecological ethic construction in the enterprise culture,it is necessary to strengthen the consciousness of protecting ecological environment,beautify the environment of enterprises and make great efforts to resolve the problems of pollution.
