摘要
太原南站异形聚碳酸酯板采光屋面板与板之间采用专用防水铝型材与倒鱼刺形钢龙骨连接固定,同时通过屋面细部节点的构造防水设计及合理施工,解决了温度变化引起聚碳酸酯板伸缩变形以及渗漏等问题。该屋面采用的聚碳酸酯板质轻、透光性好、隔音、节能、阻燃、抗冲击、承载力强,能满足采光屋面设计的要求。
The special shaped polycarbonate sheets applied in the lighting roof of Taiyuan south railway station are fixed by waterproofing aluminum extrusions and opposite thorn shaped steel keel. The problems of polycarbonate Sheets deformation and leakage caused by temperature variation are solved through the design of detail waterproofing and construction. The sheets, which are light, light-passing, soundproof, energy-efficient, fire retarding, shock resistant, high load-bearing, are met the design requirements.
