摘要
目的:在乡医班生理学教学中应用新概念CBL教学模式的效果分析。方法:2010级乡村医生班专业随机选100人在生理学教学过程引入新概念CBL(case based learning,案例教学法)教学模式为实验组,100人采取传统教学模式为对照组,采取问卷调查以及期末考试成绩分析进行教学效果评价。结果:80%以上学生认为新概念CBL教学模式可以激发学习兴趣,提高学习效率,并能够使师生交流机会多,提高临床技能的机会多,提供学习案例机会多,实验组考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新概念CBL教学模式是新型的教学模式,可以明显提高乡医学生自主学习、分析解决问题的能力,提高交流能力。
Objective To discuss effects of novel clinic--based learning method (NCBL) in rural doctor education. Methods A hundred students were selected randomly from 2010 grade rural doctors who were taught with NCBL meth- od as experiment group, another 100 students were taught with conventional teaching method as control group. Through questionnaires and exam the effects of the two methods were estimated. Results More than 80~ students thought NCBL could increase communication opportunity between teachers and students, increase clinical skills, offer the chance of studying case. Compared with the control group, the mark in the experiment group was obviously im- proved (P〈0.05). Conclusion Novel clinic--based learning method could make students improve autonomic learning and their ability to analyze and solve problems, also increase their communication ability, which is a kind of new and ef- fective teaching method.
