PDM项目的实施,很容易遇到人员问题、不断变换的用户需求、软件功能不满足业务实际情况、性能欠佳等各方面的实施风险,从而造成项目的延期和失败。论文作者根据多年的实际工作经验,从人的因素、项目目标和需求、项目管理、项目实施几个方面对PDM实施可能遇到的风险进行了分析并提供了应对策略。
