摘要
随着飞机、直升机液压系统执行系统精度越来越高,采用的精密液压附件也越来越多。为防止受地面液压装置污染,对地面液压装置(即地面液压保障设备)液压系统的污染水平控制提出较高的要求。本文详细介绍了地面液压装置液压系统的污染物组成、来源、控制、方法、控制水平等内容。对地面液压装置污染控制理论进行论述,并推导出液压系统污染平衡控制方程式。
As the execution system of the plane and the helicopter hydraulic systems is more and more accuracy, the precision hydraulic ac cessories are also badly needed. In order to prevent the pollution caused by the ground hydraulic device, The hydraulic system of the ground hydrauhc device contamination control put forward higher requirements. This paper introduces the ground hydraulic device hydraulic system pollution sources such as, composition, control method, control level, etc. The ground hydraulic device pollution control theory are discussed, and deduce the equation of hydraulic system pollution control.
