摘要
针对现有卡片发售设备上卡片分离机构不稳定的情况,设计出一款可靠的卡片单张分离机构,该机构采用摩擦形式分卡,摩擦橡胶轮考虑了各种负面影响因素,能有效把卡片从储卡箱中分离出来,另外,还采用二级分卡设计及控制容错控制等方式确保每次只有一张卡片发售出来。
For the reason of cards disengage mechanism in many ticket issuer machines instablity,design a inerrable disengage mechanism, this kind of mechanism use friction for cards disengagement,the rubber wheel consider all kinds of negative factor, could disengage cards from card box effectively,in addition,this mechanism has multiple fault tolerant to ensure send single card earch time.
