基于自适应控制的双端电源线路距离保护

摘要 继电保护作为保障电力系统正常运行的保护装置,必须保证系统能够在各种故障情况下正确、快速、可靠动作,因此继电保护装置需要具有可靠的自适应反馈能力,能够根据系统故障类型的变化及时调整故障算法,使其工作在最佳状态。文章简述了传统距离保护的特性及缺点,同时分析对于双端电源线路接地短路时,过渡电阻对保护装置整定值的影响,并在此基础上提出对于经过渡电阻短路接地的双端电源线路,继电保护装置根据线路的电流分布系数确定测量阻抗的自适应算法,同时通过对继电器四边形特性下倾角的计算,实现保护装置的自适应距离保护控制。 As the protection device that guarantee the normal operation of the power system, relay protection should be sure that can correctly, quickly and reliably act in case of various failure. So it need protection device adaptive feedback ability, and according to type change of system fault, then adjust the setting values in time, make sure it works in the best state.This paper describes the characteristics of the traditional distance protection and its shortcomings, also analysis when the double power lines grounded faulty, the transition resistance influence the set value of protection device.Based on this theory puts forward an algorithm that define the adaptive of the impedance measurement according to the current distribution coefficient when the double end power lines grounded faulty through transition resistance, and through calculation the tilt angle of quadrilateral impedance relay, then realized the requirements that the device adaptive control of distance protection.
