摘要
根据国家电网公司的整体部署,各省已深入开展智能变电站试点工程的建设及运行工作,取得了广泛的经验。本文对比了智能变电站与传统变电站的继电保护,提出了站内各设备的保护配置方案及GOOSE组网方案,对智能变电站的继电保护进行了探索性的研究。
According to the plan of SGCC, many provinces have been thoroughly carried out the construction and operation of the smart substation pilot projects and get a wide range of experience. This paper compares the difference between smart substation relay and traditional substation relay. Protection of station equipment configurations and GOOSE networking program are proposed. Exploratory research on the smart substation protection are finshed.
