摘要
高压水除鳞是热轧系统一个重要的工艺流程,新余钢铁集团公司特钢公司高压水除鳞系统采用西门子S7-200来完成除鳞的工艺控制,并与TD200文本编辑器实现人机界面,利用变频器频率变化,保证热轧过程中除鳞水压力,满足了轧制不同规格品种钢坯除鳞工艺要求。
The high pressure water descaling is an important process flow in hot-rolled steel system, Siemens S7-200 is adopted in the high pressure water descaling system for Special Steel Co., Ltd. of Xinyu Iron 8, Steel Group Co., Ltd. It fulfills control functions of process in course of descaling, and achieves human-computer interface with TD200 text editor provider. It change frequency through transducer to guaranteed water pressure during hot-rolling ,so that meet the needs of descaling process flow to rolled all kinds of steels.
