新疆喀什、和田地区双语教育的实地考察与对策研究

An Investigation into the Situation of Bilingual Education in Kashghar and Hotan in Xinjiang

笔者采用观察、召开座谈会、深度访谈等多种方式对新疆喀什、和田地区的教育局、幼儿园、中小学校的双语教育进行了调查研究,发现喀什、和田地区双语教育存在推进速度过快、缺少语言环境、双语教师数量不足、质量不高、教学模式选择有失实际、双语教材建设缓慢、双语教育质量较低等问题和困难。文章在分析造成这些问题的原因的基础上提出了相应的对策建议。
