肺炎支原体感染患儿神经系统损害7例临床分析

目的:探讨肺炎支原体(MP)感染引起神经系统损害的发病机制、临床特点及诊治问题。方法:2010年8月～2011年8月收治MP感染导致的神经系统损害患儿7例,进行回顾性临床分析。结果:MP脑炎、脑膜炎6例(85.9%);小脑脑炎1例(14.2%)。7例中治愈6例(85.9%),好转1例(14.2%)。结论:MP感染导致的神经系统损害中以肺炎支原体脑炎占多数,通过对MP感染引起神经系统损害的发病机制的探讨,从而进一步指导临床治疗。

Objective： Study of mycoplasma pneumonia（MP） infection caused by nervous system damage in the pathogenesis, clinical fe, atures amt treatment problems. Methods： from 2010 August to 2011 August in our department treated 7 cases of MP infection leading to nervous system damage in children： retrospective clinical analysis. Resuits： MP encephalitis, meningitis in 6 cases, accounling for 85. 9% ; cerebellar eneephahfis in I eases, accounting for （ 14. 2%）. In 7 cases,6 eases were cured（85. 9%, ） ,improved in 1 cases（ 14.2% ）. Conclusion ： MP infeetion leading to nervous system damage in Mycoplasma pneumoniae ent ephalitis in the majority,through to the MP infection caused hy nervous system damage in the pathogenesis, thus further guide the clinical treatmeni.
