正畸治疗后牙釉质脱矿的临床观察

目的:研究使用固定矫正器治疗后,牙釉质脱质矿好发牙齿、好发部位与发生率情况。方法:对非治疗组67个患者2072个牙齿及治疗组100个患者2156个牙齿进行临床观察。结果:非治疗组脱矿发生率6.17%、治疗组16.23%(P<0.01),好发牙齿是上前牙及下颌第一恒磨牙;好发部位:牙颈部与托槽周围。结论:固定矫正器引发的牙釉质脱矿问题,十分值得关注,并需采取相关措施进行干预。

Objective：To study theincidence of enamel demineralization and the most susceptible teeth and area to demineralization after orthodontic with fixed appliance. Methods ： Eighty - seven patients （2072theeth） were included into the untreated group and with the treated group, which consisted of 100 patients （2156te - eth）. Results： The incidence of demineralization the treated group wasl6.23% （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The most susceptible teeth to demineralization were maxillary incisors and mandibular first molar. The most susceptible area was dental cervix and that surrounding the bracket. Conclusion：The results suggested that preventive programs should be considered to avoid demineralization during the orthodontic treatment with fixed appliance.
