摘要 目的:探讨康复护理及神经肌肉刺激对脑卒中后预防肩手综合征的的作用。方法:收治急性脑卒中患者148例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组74例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行康复护理及神经肌肉刺激进行护理。结果:两组发生肩手综合征比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后Barthel评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1、2、4周Barthel评分比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:康复护理及神经肌肉刺激可以有效预防脑卒中并发肩手综合征,提高治疗效果。 Objective:To investigate the rehabilitation care and neuromuscular stimula- tion on the prevention of shoulder - hand syndrome after stroke. Methods:A hospital in February 2010 to November 2011 the treatment of acute stroke patients of 148 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 74 cases in the control group of conventional care. The observa- tion group rehabilitation care and neuromuscular stimulation for care. Results: There were shoulderhand syndrome occurs more significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Barthel score in the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05), treatment of 1 week, 2 weeks 4 weeks Barthel score significant difference(P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Rehabilitation care and neuromuscular stimulation can be effective in preventing stroke complicated by shoulder - hand syndrome, improve the therapeutic effect.
