摘要
目的建立护理干预体系,确保高危药物使用安全。方法成立高危药物管理小组,确立高危药物种类,分析高危药物不安全事件发生原因,建立知识培训、环境物质管理及使用中4个层次防护干预体系。结果应用护理干预前、后高危药物护理不良事件发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效的护理干预可避免不安全事件发生,确保用药安全,有效提升高危药物管理质量。
Objective To set up a nursing intervention system for high alert medicines and to ensure patientsgafety. Meth ods A management team was established, the categories of high alert medicines defined, the main causes of unexpected errors ana lyzed, and knowledge intervention, environment intervention and four level intervention were implemented. Results The nursing quality of high alert medications was improved after interventions （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Application of nursing interventions to high alert medications can ensure nursing safety and improve the management quality of hight alert medications.
