玻璃体切除术治疗白内障术后感染性眼内炎

Vitrectomy for infective endophthalmitis after cataract surgery

目的评价玻璃体切除术治疗白内障术后感染性眼内炎的临床效果。方法回顾分析16例(16眼)白内障术后感染性眼内炎,进行了玻璃体切除联合视网膜脱离复位、视网膜光凝、玻璃体腔注药及硅油或惰性气体填充等手术。12例行病原菌培养和药敏试验。结果联合玻璃体切除术后16例均控制了感染,视力均有不同程度提高。8例细菌培养为阳性,多为条件致病菌。结论及时玻璃体切除联合手术是治疗白内障术后感染性眼内炎有效、安全的方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of vitrectomy in treating infective endophthalmi- tis after cataract surgery. Methods Sixteen cases （16 eyes） suffered from infective endophthalmitiS after cata- ract surgery were analyzed retrospectively, endophthalmitis were treated with vitrectomy combined with reattach- ment of the detached retina, laser photocoagulation, drug infusion into vitreous cavity, and silicone oil or C3 Fs tamponade, twelve cases were done bacterial cultures and drug sensitive test. Results After vitrectomy, In- traocular infection of 16 cases were controlled, the eye balls were saved,and the vision improved by varied degree in 16 cases. 8 cases showed positive results in bacterial cultures, conditional pathogens were the major rio- ra. Conclusion Vitrectomy combined in time is a kind of effective and safe method for endophthalmitis after cataract surgery.
