浅论先秦儒家的人性观

A Rough Analysis of Pre-Qin Dynasty Confucianists' Ideas on Human Nature

许多思想家都对人性提出过精辟论述 ,以此建构对人生和社会的一系列理论。而先秦儒家作为中国传统法思想的渊源之一 ,其对于人性的阐释对了解和分析中国社会、当代中国人的思想无疑有一定借鉴和指导意义。本文旨在对先秦孔子、孟子和荀子的人性的观点进行一些粗浅的分析 ,鉴古思今 ,希望能对我国现在所经历的变革有所启示。

About human nature,many thinkers have made a lot of brilliant analysis so as to establish their theory systems,which are related to philosophy of life and society.The ideology of the pre Qin Dynasty Confucianists has been one major sources of Chinese traditional legal theory,whose ideas about human nature could help us to understand and analyze Chinese society and what the modern Chinese people is thinking.This article is making a rough analysis of three major pre Qin Dynasty Confucianists,to help people make a prediction in the reform that we have joined and have been experiencing through reviewing the past.
