摘要
媒介融合技术使各种文化资源获得了最大限度的整合与利用,文化创意产业的价值链得以不断延伸和拓展。在底子薄、基础差、发展迟缓滞后的不利条件和形势下,西藏文化产业要实现通过5年发展,使文化产业增加值占全区生产总值的3%以上。文章提出实施西藏文化产业精品内容战略,走"差异化"发展道路;使艺术与高科技联姻,打造西藏文化创意产业集群和文化产业园区;把发展西藏文化产业和解决民生问题结合起来,把文化工程做成惠民工程;加强西藏文化产业创意人才的开发和培训,是实现文化产业发展的有效路径。
Media convergence technologies have maximized the resources, and extended and expanded constantly the value chain integration and utilization of various culture of the cultural creative industry. Though facing the disadvantages of weak foundation, poor starting and sluggish development, Tibet's cultural industry will have to make the added value of cultural industry accounting for more than 3% of Tibet's GDP after 5 year development. In order to achieve the goal it is necessary to fulfill the tasks as follows: to implement the excellent content strategy in Tibet's cultural industry, and to follow a differentiated development path; To ally arts with hi-tech aiming to construct Tibet's cultural creative industry cluster and culture industry zones; To combine the development of Tibet's cultural industry with the solution of the livelihood issues so as to convert the cultural projects into people-benefit projects; To enhance the development and training of the creative talents for Tibet's cultural industry.
