摘要
中国共产党西藏干部政策是党的西藏工作政策的一个重要组成部分,是党的西藏工作政策得到落实的关键,决定着西藏的发展稳定与长治久安。文章梳理了中国共产党西藏干部政策的历史发展脉络,拟初步建立一个相对比较完整和全面的中国共产党西藏干部政策研究的基本政策体系和分析模型。
The policy of the Chinese Communist Party towards the cadres in Tibet is an important component of the Party＇s policy on work in Tibet, and the key to the Party＇s policy being implemented well. It also determines the development of Tibet with long-term stability. The article reviews the history of the development of the Chinese Communist Party＇s policy towards the cadres in Tibet, and attempts to build up a comparatively complete and comprehensive policy system and analytic model for the studies of the Chinese Communist Party＇s policy towards the cadres in Tibet.
