摘要
金钱河大桥主墩位于库区浅覆盖层深水区,库区无大型船舶及水上吊装设备,钢管桩施打后不能自立,整体稳定性差,为解决该问题,提出采用浮式平台施工钢管桩。通过浮式平台抛锚定位后打设四周钢管桩,然后利用贝雷梁在钢管桩顶面拼装行车,利用行车施工钢护筒,与钢管桩平台联接成整体共同受力,作为钻孔灌注桩的施工平台。采用浮式平台钢管桩施工方案,发挥了浮吊和浮箱的作用,降低了工程费用,节约了工期。
The main piers of the Jinqianhe River Bridge stand in the shallow covering layer and deep water area in the reservoir region, no large-scale ship and above-water hoisting equip- ment are available. After being driven, the steel pipe pile is not able to stand still and its holistic stability is poor. To solve the problem, the scheme of using floating platform to construct steel pipe piles is proposed. When the floating platform is anchored and positioned, the driving of the around steep pipe piles begins, then, the driving vehicles are assembled on the top of the steel pipe piles by using Bailey beam to erect the steel case. The steel case is in turn linked up with the drilling platform to serve as the construction platform for the bored piles. It is proved by engineering practice that the application of floating platform to the construction of the steel pipe piles makes the floating crane and the floating box work to the utmost, reduces the construction cost and shortens the construction time.
