摘要
三角刚架悬吊连续梁组合桥是一种新型的组合结构,该桥型结构受力及施工过程复杂。为了解施工过程对桥梁结构应力和变形的影响,采用MIDAS FEA有限元软件对房山五渡桥进行施工仿真分析。分析结果表明该桥各主要施工阶段主梁、钢塔、钢-混结合段、V形墩、系梁的变形及受力状况均满足设计及规范要求,该桥设计及施工步序是合理可行的。
The continuous girder bridge suspended by triangular rigid frame is a new type of composite structure, which exhibits complex mechanical behavior, and the construction process is also complicated. To understand the influence of construction procedure on the stress and displacement of the bridge structure, the finite element analytical software of MIDAS FEA was adopted to carry out simulation analysis for the construction procedure of the Wudu Bridge in Fangshan District, Beijing. The results of the analysis show that the displacement and mechanical behavior of the main girder, steel tower, steel-concrete joint section, V-shaped pier and tie beam in each and every main construction stage meet the design and code requirements, which proves that the design and construction procedure of the bridge is rational and viable.
