On the basis of the teacher training education history in the world,this paper analyses the teacher training approaches adopted in Asian,European and American Countries from three fundamental aspects on comparative education perspective,and in this paper there are discussed in detail some representative views in teacher training practice.Meanwhile,the paper also gives some advice on the reform of our teacher training approaches.
