血塞通注射液治疗脑出血42例临床疗效观察

Xuesaitong injection in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in 42 clinical observation

目的观察血塞通注射液治疗脑出血的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的42例脑出血患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组21例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用血塞通注射液静脉滴注,观察两组脑出血恢复情况。结果治疗前,两组患者神经功能缺损评分及血肿量均无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者神经功能缺损评分及血肿量较治疗前明显减少,但观察组减少更加明显(P<0.01);观察组总有效率为90.48%,对照组总有效率为76.19%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用血塞通注射液治疗脑出血能促进血肿吸收,降低神经功能缺损程度,显著提高疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of Xuesaitong injection in treatment of cerebral hemor- rhage. Methods The hospital treated 42 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 21 cases in each group, the control group was given routine treatment, the treatment group combined with Xuesaitong injection intravenous drip, observe two groups of cerebral hemorrhage rehabili- tation. Results Before treatment, two groups of patients with nervous function defect score and the volume of the hematoma showed no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05）, after treatment, two groups of patients with nervous function defect score and hematoma volume significantly reduced, but the observation group were reduced more significantly （P 〈0. 01 ）. The total efficiency of observation group was 90.48%, the total effective rate in con- trol group as of 76. 19%, total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of Xuesaitong Injection in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage can promote the absorption of hematoma, reduce the degree of neural function defect, improve the efficacy of treat- ment.
