582例儿童药物不良反应的临床分析

The clinical analysis of 582 cases of children adverse drug reactions

目的分析儿童药物不良反应(ADR)发生的特点和规律,指导临床医师合理用药。方法对我院2009年1月至2011年12月共收集到582例儿童药物不良反应(ADR)的报告,建立数据库进行回顾性总结、分析。结果引起582例儿童药物不良反应(ADR)的药物,经统计主要药物以抗菌素类为主,共284例,占全部儿童药物不良反应(ADR)的48.8%,其中儿童ADR主要损害类型为皮肤及其附件,共286例,占ADR的49.1%。结论加强儿童ADR的监测,注意儿童ADR发生的特点和规律,有利于指导临床医师合理用药。

Objective To analysis children adverse drug reactions （ADR） happen characteristics and laws, guide clinicians rational drug use. Methods clinical data of January 2009 a December 2011 to 582 cases of children were collected adverse drug reactions （ADR） of the report, the establishment of database were retro- spectively summarized, analyzed. The result was caused 582 cases of children adverse drug reaction （ADR） drugs by statistics main drugs to of antibiotic was given priority to, a total of 284 patients, children of all adverse drug reactions （ADR） of 48.8% , with children＇ s ADR damage types for the skin and its main accessories, a total of 286 patients, accounting for 49. 1% of the ADR.
