经颅多普勒超声作为常规体检项目的必要性

The necessity of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography as general medical checkup

目的分析常规体检者脑血流动力学改变的情况,探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)作为常规体检项目的必要性。方法自某几个单位常规体检者中,随机抽取双侧颞窗透声良好者,用EDAN仪器有限公司产CBS-Ⅱ型经颅多普勒超声仪进行检测。结果通过对常规体检者检测,发现随着年龄的增长,脑血流动力学异常者阳性率在增加,但他们多数无自觉症状。结论应用TCD可以及早发现无症状性脑血管病患者,应列为常规体检项目。

Objective To analyze cerebral hemodynamic changes by means of transcranial Doppler （TCD） and generally to explore the essential application of this method in medical examination. Methods Cerebral hemodynamics were detected by TCD in 1236 healthy subjects. Exclusion criteria is inadequate tempo- ral window for TCD. Results Cerebral hemodynamics abnormality rates increased as the growth of the age. Conclusion TCD examination can reveal Recessive cerebrovaseular disease in medical examination. And TCD examination is indisnensable in medical examination.
