摘要
在研究变速器壳体动静态性能分析的基础上,以某新型轻卡变速器壳体为研究对象,阐述壳体的受力情况和边界约束,并对壳体结构进行了刚度、强度性能分析。此外,通过计算各档位齿轮在1 800 r/min下的齿轮啮合频率,结合变速器总成噪声实验数据,以及壳体在有约束情况下的固有频率和振型,研究变速器噪声与壳体固有频率之间的关系。
Based on the analysis of the dynamic and static state performance of transmission housing, taking the transmission housing of new light truck as the study object, the loaded situation and boundary constraints relation of housing is expatiated, and stiffness and strength performance of housing is analyzed. Besides, through the calculation of gear mesh frequency of each gear-level with the speed of 1800r/min, the relationship between transmission noise and housing natural frequency is studied by combining data results about transmission assembly noise test with natural frequency and mode shape of housing under constrained situation.
