腹腔镜经腹膜后途径治疗单纯性肾囊肿(附26例报告)

Retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of simple renal cyst(Report of 26 cases)

目的探讨腹膜后腹腔镜手术治疗单纯性肾囊肿的方法、手术要点及疗效。方法回顾分析26例腹膜后腹腔镜手术治疗单纯性肾囊肿的临床资料。结果手术时间20～80 min,平均45 min;术中出血量10～30 ml,平均15 ml,无输血病例。术后当天或次日胃肠功能恢复,1～2 d拔除引流管,并下床活动。术后住院5～7 d,平均5.5 d。23例患者术后随访3～12个月,平均8个月,未见囊肿复发及残留。术后病理诊断结果均为良性病变。结论腹膜后腹腔镜手术治疗单纯性肾囊肿创伤小,出血少,康复快,是单纯性肾囊肿首选治疗方法。

Objective To explore the method and efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing and decompression of simple renal cyst. Methods The clinical data of 26 cases of simple renal cysts treated by retreperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing and decompression were retrospectively analyzed. Results The Operation time was 20 -80min, 45min average; the intraoperative blood loss was 10 -30ml, an average of 15ml;No cases of blood transfusion. The same day or the day after recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery, 1 -2 days of drainage tubes were removed, and get out of bed. The postoperative hospital stay of 5 - 7 days, an average of 5.5 days. 23 cases of patients followed up for 3 - 12 months, with an average of eight months and no cyst recurrence and residual. The pathological diagnosis of the results are benign lesions. Conclusion The retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of renal cysts has advantages of minimal trauma,less blood loss and quicker recovery, so it is the first choice for treatment of simply renal cyst.
