后腹腔镜与开放手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的比较分析

目的比较分析后腹腔镜与开放手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析该院2009年2月-2011年6月收治的肾上腺肿瘤患者50例,将其随机分为两组,其中25例为实验组行后腹腔镜术式,剩余25例为对照组行开放手术治疗,比较分析两组患者的术中和术后情况。结果实验组平均手术时间以及术中平均出血量都明显小于对照组,并且术后实验组卧床时间和肠道功能恢复时间均明显小于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论后腹腔镜与开放手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤比较,行腹腔镜手术的患者术中和术后情况均好于行开放手术的患者,值得在临床上推广。

Objective Comparative analysis of laparoscopic and open operation in treatment of adrenal tumors. Methods Retrospec-tive analysis of our hospital in 2009 February-2011 year in June admits in patients with adrenal tumors in 50 cases, divided them into two groups, including 25 cases of the experimental group after laparoscopic operation, the remaining 25 cases as control group treated by open operation, a comparative analysis of two groups of patients with intraoperative and postoperative condition. Results In the experimental group, the average operation time and average blood loss during operation were significantly smaller than those In the control group and experimental group, postoperative time of lying in bed and intestinal function recovery time were signifi cantly smaller than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion After laparoscopic and open operation in treatment of adrenal tumors, laparoseopic operation in patients with intraoperative and postoperative were better than the patients performed open operation, worthy of clinical popularization.
