The paper analyzes the significance of ＂Education Framework＂ and puts forward the idea of applying the ＂Education Framework＂ concept to the electrical and electronic experimental teaching. With the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of students＇ evaluation system in the electrical and electronic experimental teaching, this paper illustrates the construction principles. It also emphasizes on the evaluation points, evaluation criteria, weight and the rating in the two students evaluation system. This research is the early exploration of applying the ＂Education Framework＂ concept to the electrical and electronic experimental teaching, which is critical to the innovation of student evaluation system and the reform of the experimental teaching.
