法舒地尔联合低分子肝素治疗肺动脉高压的疗效评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价法舒地尔、低分子肝素、法舒地尔联合低分子肝素治疗肺动脉高压(PAH)的临床疗效。方法 90例肺动脉高压患者随机分为3组,每组30例,分别给予法舒地尔(法舒地尔组)、低分子肝素(低分子肝素组)、法舒地尔联合低分子肝素(联合治疗组)治疗,共21天。观察治疗前后各组及组间肺动脉压力的变化及行6min步行距离(6MWT)检测治疗效果。结果 3组治疗均能降低PAH患者肺血管阻力(P<0.05),提高心脏射血分数(P<0.05),增加6MWT,其中联合2种药物较之单一用药更能降低肺动脉压力(P<0.05),增加6MWT(P<0.05),疗效进一步加强。结论法舒地尔联合低分子肝素能有效治疗肺动脉高压,是一种相对经济有效的治疗方法。 Objective To evaluate clinical therapeutic effects of Fasudil hydrochloride and low-molecular heparin on pulmonary artery hypertension in patients.Methods 90 patients with pulmonary artery hypertension were randomly divided into 3 treatment groups: 30 patients were administered with Fasudil hydrochloride,30 patients were administered with low-molecular heparin,and 30 patients were administered with Fasudil hydrochloride and low-molecular heparin.The changes of pulmonary artery pressure and 6-minute walking test were measured before and after treatment.Results The pulmonary artery pressure were decreased and EF and 6MWT were improved significantly in all 3 treatment groups,the more significant in the combination treatment group.Conclusion The combination of Fasudil hydrochloride and low-molecular heparin was effective for patients with pulmonary artery hypertension.
