摘要
目的观察复方甘草酸苷胶囊联合养血生发胶囊治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法将229例符合入选标准的患者随机分为两组,治疗组119例给予复方甘草酸苷胶囊和养血生发胶囊口服;对照组110例给予养血生发胶囊口服,疗程3个月,观察疗效。结果治疗组有效率为98.3%,对照组有效率为80.0%,差异有显著性(χ2=20.45,P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷胶囊联合养血生发胶囊治疗斑秃,中西医结合,相辅相成,标本兼治,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of Glycyrrhizin capsule and Yangxueshengfa on alopecia areata.Method 229 patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into two groups： Treatment group（119 cases） given glycyrrhizin capsules and oral Yangxueshengfa capsule and the control group（110 patients） given oral Yangxueshengfa capsule.Results The effective rate of treatment group and control group were 98.3% and 80.0%（χ2=20.45,P0.005）.Conclusion It is effective to treat alopecia areata with glycyrrhizin capsule and Yangxueshengfa capsule.
