穴位埋线配合耳针治疗肥胖症的疗效观察

Effect of catgut embedding and auricular acupuncture on obesity

目的探讨穴位埋线配合耳穴针灸对肥胖症患者的影响。方法选择肥胖症患者60例,随机分成实验组与对照组,每组各30例。实验组施用穴位埋线配合耳穴针灸,对照组用普通针刺,且不加耳针刺激,两组均按照辩证取穴和局部取穴相结合的方法取穴,疗程结束后,依据疗效评价标准,观察穴位埋线配合耳针治疗肥胖症的效果。结果治疗后,实验组总有效率(90.0%)显著高于对照组(60.0%),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线配合耳针疗法有较好的减肥作用,能够有效影响内分泌,抑制食欲,促进脂肪的代谢,从而达到治疗肥胖症的效果。

Objective To discuss the effect of catgut embedding and auricular acupuncture on obesity. Methods 60 patients with obesity were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding combined with auricular acupuncture and the control group with common acupuncture plus auricular acupuncture stimulation. Results After treatment, the total efficiency of experimental group（90.0%） was higher than that of the control group（60.0%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Catgut implantation at acupoint with auricular acupuncturecan affect endocrine, suppress appetite, promote fat metabolism and achieve therapeutic effect on obesity.
