儿科监护室优质护理应用效果分析

Research of good quality nursing in pediatric intensive care unit(PICU)

目的探讨儿科监护室开展优质护理的效果。方法随机选取儿科监护室开展优质护理前后各100例患儿作为对照组和实验组,对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施优质护理,对比两组患儿医院感染发生率、平均住院日、患方满意度等指标的变化。结果实施优质护理后,医院感染发生率明显渐少,平均住院日明显缩短,患方满意度显著提高,与实施前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展优质护理活动,为患者提供了更为安全、优质、满意的护理服务,有利于全面提升临床护理质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of good quality nursing in pediatric intensive care unit（PICU）.Methods 100 cases before and after the good quality nursing were divided into control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with routine care,the experimental group were treated with good quality nursing.The hospital infection rate,the day in hospital and the satisfaction degree were observed.Results After the implementation of good quality care in pediatric nursing,the hospital infection rate was significantly less,the day in hospital significantly shortened,satisfaction of patients increased significantly.And compare to front of the implementation,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion To provide good quality nursing can provide safer,higher quality nursing service and higher satisfaction for patients are good for improving the quality of clinical nursing service,and clinical promotion implementation.
