放射性肺损伤的影响因素 被引量:4

摘要 随着肿瘤综合治疗方案的广泛应用,胸部肿瘤治疗的疗效有了显著的提高,但是放射性肺损伤(radiation-induced lung injury)的出现,使得其成为限制胸部肿瘤放射治疗靶区剂量提高的主要因素之一,同时也影响肺癌、食管癌等胸部恶性肿瘤患者放化疗后的生存质量和生存期。因此,预防和避免放射性肺损伤的发生对提高疗效至关重要,现将放射性肺损伤的影响因素综述如下。
