基础医学实验课学习影响因素调查分析

The investigation and analysis of the influence factors of fundamental medical experimental learning

目的了解临床医学专业本科生实验课学习影响因素,提高医学基础实验教学效果。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对延安大学医学院临床医学生249名进行实验课学习影响因素调查。结果 97.6%的学生认为影响实验课学习的主要因素是实验室条件,其次是教师因素(93.6%)和学生因素(85.6%),认为环境和专业对实验课学习影响不大。不同年级学生认识上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论影响临床医学生实验课学习因素是多源的,不同年级学生对实验课学习影响因素的认识有差异。应有针对性地消除实验课学习的影响因素,提高学生实验课学习积极性,改善基础医学实验课教学质量。

Objective The purpose of this paper was to study the contributing factors in learning laboratory course for clinical medical undergraduates and improve surgery experiment teaching. Methods The research method adopted in the paper was a survey of the contributing factors in learning laboratory course carried for 249 undergraduates majored in clinical medicine in the College of Medicine of Yan＇an University. Results The results of the research are that 97.6% of the subjects considered the major factor affecting the study of laboratory course was lab condition, 93.6% of the subjects consider that teacher factor matters, 85.6 % of the subjects considered student factor counts for much and most subjects do not think much of environment and major, In addition, the different understandings of course setting, teachers＇ clinical experience, teaching management ability, studentsindividuality, and family conditions by the subjects from different grades have statistical significance as P〈0.05 indicates. Conclusion This paper concludes that the factors influencing clinical medical undergraduates＇ learning laboratory course are multi-sourced and there are different understandings of the contributing factors in learning laboratory course for students from different grades. Hence, the paper argues that the influence factors should be eliminated accordingly, students＇ enthusiasm of learning laboratory course should be enhanced, and the quality of surgery experiment teaching should be improved.
