洪水预报系统在左江洪水预报中的应用研究

摘要 分析了左江流域的水文气象条件和崇左水文站的洪水特征及成因。介绍了利用"洪水预报系统"的应用平台建立左江崇左水文站产汇流预报模型,并进行模型参数率定,该方案在精度评定及实际应用中取得较满意的效果,可用于发布过程及洪峰预报,为崇左市及下游的防汛抢险提供决策依据。 Based on analysis of hydrological and meteorological conditions, flood characteristics and formation causes of Zuojiang River basin, the author introduced the runoff/confluence forecasting model of Congzuo Hydrolog- ic station that was set up based on the platform of flood prediction system, including calibration of model parameters, accuracy appraisal and its satisfactory application effect. Flood route and peak flood forecasting out of this model provide basis for the flood protection of Congzuo City and downstream area.
